Dear Sir

	In reply to your letter I have just received I can not give you very much information about what you wanted to know. Dr. Ford was my Grand father.  Pollie Ford Renfro was my Grand father,s Sister.

I can not tell you the source of Dr. Ford & my Grand Father Father name.  They came from Virginia and settled in Comberland Co. where they lived and died. I can not tell you any thing about where they lived in Virginia.  The older people have died that could have give you any information about what you want to know.

Write to William Renfro of Crab Orchard Tenn.  Perhaps he would give you some information about what you want to know.
