My dear Mr Parham:- In trying to get records of the Miss
Eaton who married the McPherson, I have run across some
records in the Donelson family which I think will be of
interest to you, if you have not already found them, and
if you have, it wont make any difference any how.

Elizabeth Donelson born 1801, who married Thomas Snoddy,
was the daughter of Andrew Donelson born 1763, who married
Isabella Carmichael.  Andrew Donelson was a son of Wm. Don-
elson b. 1738, d. 1819, married Mary Sweeney.  Wm. Donelson
was a son of John Donelson and Katherine Davis (sister of
Davis first Pres. of Princeton College).  I hope this will
be of interest and benefit for you.

Wm. Donalson was a brother of Col. John Donelson of Pittsyl-
vania County Va., who was a Member of the House of Burgesses
from that county for a number of year.

If you want a list of the brothers and sisters of Elizabeth
Snoddy and Andrew Donelson, I can give it to you, but will
not send it now, as I rather think you have all of this.
