Dear Sir:-

		In compliance with your request in your
conversation over the 'phone this morning with my Sec-
retary, I am enclosing a copy of the Constitution and
By-Laws of the Society of Colonial Wars in the State
of Virginia, in which can be found the names of the
Officers,- which I will be glad to have you transmit to
the party in Tennessee making inquiry.

		I might add that any correspondence in
regard to the Society should be addressed to Mr. C. C.
Pinckney, Secretary, Westmoreland Club, Richmond, Va.,
as the Governor, Mr. James Alston Cabell, expects to
leave the City very shortly and will be absent for some
time.
