My dear Mrs. Hogan:- On November 1st, I wrote you that I
had been notified of my election to membership in the
National Society Daughters of the Barons of Runnemede, by
Mrs. Talbott, Secretary, who advised me to apply to you for
the permit to acquire the insignia and the certificate of
membership, but up to the present time I have heard nothing
from you. Did you receive my letter requesting these
permits?

I will appreciate your prompt attention to these matters.
