My dear Mr. Hill:

	I am in receipt of your letter enclosed in the express package return-
ing the genealogical papers which I sent you.  I must compliment you on
your very prompt handling of the matter.  I trust you found something of
interest and clues that will further enable you to prosecute your search
for our common ancestors.

	I have not had time to look over the papers yet, but feel confident,
without doing so, that you have returned them all in good shape, for which
I am grateful.  If you should need any other data or information I have, (I)
shall be pleased to furnish it at any time, only asking that you give
either me or my aunt, Mrs. Schleicher, the benefit of any new discoveries
you may make.
