P.S. Can you supply me with a copy of your Magna Charta book and at what cost? July 12, 1924 Mr. Charles H. Browning, 417 West 114th Street, New York City. My dear Mr. Browning:- Attached you will please find Nomination blank for Baronial Order of Runnemede membership, to-gether with my pedigree to Saire de Quincey, Earl of Winchester, one of the Magna Charta barons. I wish to ask that you look over my pedigree paper and see if it is O.K., and if not, will you make necessary changes? Of course you understand that I will gladly pay you for your service. I regret to say that I have not yet received a copy of your own “Browning’s Magna Charta book, which I ordered some time ago, from which I am sure I can get my other Runnemede lines through my Randolph family of Virginia, i.e. Henry Randolph (wife Judith Soane) of Henrico County, Va., son of Wm. Randolph & Dorothy (Lane) West, of Northamptonshire, England. If you find my pedigree paper O.K., I wonder if you could give me credit for my other lines through your Magna Charta book? If you can do this and make any charge, I will gladly remit on receipt of your bill. I am also enclosing my check for $50.00 for membership fee, and if you find my papers O.K., wont you please forward papers through the proper channels? I regret to ask you for this assistance, but I live in a small town and do not have access to any books or references on this subject, so will greatly appreciate the favor if you will write me at once of any part of the papers not properly made up, before going further with the matter. Thanking you in advance for your prompt attention to these matters, I am with best wishes, Cordially yours, C.K.
