I am trying to get proof that a son of Harriet Jack who married Soloman T. Reese of Mecklenburg County N. C. (the sons name was James Jack Reese) married Mollie (Mary) Mackey and had a son James Reese who married Elisabeth Brown (daughter of Joseph Brown and Mary Porter. Mary Porters mother was Violet Mackey, sister of Mollie Mackey Reese) James Reese and his wife Elisabeth Brown Reese were my great grandparents and I am so anxious to prove that James Reese’s father was James Jack Reese, son of Soloman T. and Harriet Jack Reese, of Mecklenburg County N.C. If you make any charges for this proof, I will gladly remit for same, if you will advise me the amount. Thanking you in advance for a prompt reply, I am, Yours very truly, CKH/K ================================================== Transcription copyright © RoaneTNHistory.org 2005. All rights reserved.
