Dear Mr. Robinson:- Your letter of Jan. 16th enclosing
Application Blanks to the Virginia Society of Colonial
Wars, received, for which please accept my thanks.

Unfortunately these blanks came at a very busy time with
me and I am unable to take the time to fill them out now.

Will you please advise me the very latest date I may
return these blanks, filled in? I regret the blanks
were not sent to me last Fall as I had time to have
returned them promptly, however your explanation is
satisfactory.
