New! A History of the Valley of Virginia now online.

We are delighted to present our new edition, based on Samuel Kercheval's 1902 Third Edition of A History of the Valley of Virginia.

This new edition is fully searchable and has an extra online-only Table of Contents with links to chapters and sections.

We are still tinkering with the user interface. If you decide to try using it now, please bear in mind that we are still working on it so if you find a typo, or a page or feature does not yet work, please have patience.

In the meantime, start by clicking here for the Online Table of Contents, or click here to scroll down to a search box and navigation links.
